This website is operated by an independent ticket reseller ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect during the booking process and how it is used.

Data we collect

When you make a booking we collect the details you enter in the personal details form: name, surname, email address, telephone number, country/region and postal code, together with your selected visit type, date, time slot and tickets.

How we use it

We use these details solely to process and manage your booking, to deliver your booking confirmation, and to provide customer support related to your order.

What we do not do

We do not store payment card data on this website (only the last four digits of the card are kept as part of the demo booking record). We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Retention

Booking records are kept only as long as needed to fulfil your booking and handle any support request, after which they are deleted.

We collect anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, clicks, scrolling, approximate device and region) to improve this service. We never record payment card data or the content you type into forms.
